2023 is in the books, and along with it the first full year in operation for Certified Planning and Development. In the 18 months from start up to now, CPD has been able to grow rapidly to serve hundreds of clients and help them stress less and achieve great development results. Our clients have ranged from professional developers down to mum and dads working on a small project to create more space for their growing families.

We have worked on an amazing variety of projects from single residential dwellings, larger scale residential development and plenty of granny flats (ancillary accomodation). We have assisted our clients to work through non residential development including agricultural development, warehouses, tourist accomodation and function centres. We have also processed applications for land division of both residential and non-residential nature. You name it, we have worked on it!

Our planning certification services have assisted many get faster approvals for land division and residential development which meets the planning and design code. This process has been able to cut weeks or even months off of the total processing time, allowing our clients to get started quickly and often avoid thousands in holding costs.

We have helped our clients find solutions to developing around regulated and significant trees, native vegetation, site contamination, flooding, easements, heritage and on some of Adelaide busiest roads among many other issues. Our network of talented consultants ensure that we can provide the best possible pathway toward approval on all developments, and keep our clients satisfied.
