CPD Reaches 500 Project Milestone

CPD is proud to announce the commencement of our 500th project, marking a significant milestone as we enter our fourth year of delivering professional planning and development solutions.

In just over three years of operation, we have assisted on more than 500 projects across South Australia. Reaching this benchmark shortly after reopening our office for 2026 reflects both the continued demand for our services and the trust placed in us by our clients.

Our experience spans a broad and diverse range of development types, including residential renovations, land divisions, tourist accommodation proposals, change of land use applications, replacement dwellings, and large-scale development projects. This breadth of experience has enabled us to support clients across metropolitan Adelaide and regional South Australia alike.

Geographically, our projects have ranged from a land division in Coffin Bay, approximately 685 kilometres from our office, to a replacement dwelling in Parkside, located less than one kilometre away. Regardless of scale or distance, each project receives the same level of diligence, professionalism, and strategic guidance.
