Our client in Ascot Park has had the dream result of being able to turn the purchase of an old and run down detached dwelling, on a corner allotment, into planning consent for two new detached homes on individual allotments. Our client was then able to lodge their combined planning and land division application for two new detached dwellings on Torrens Title allotments through to CPD for planning assessment as deemed to satisfy development. Assessment was underway within moments and CPD was able to issue planning consent on all elements of the proposal in just a matter of hours!
